Bad customer service experience from the staffs especially from the security side.

Took the car for AC complaint.When we showed in the showroom they told to change the full AC for Rs 10000.However, when we showed the car outside , they told that it was gas leak and solved it for Rs1500 . Similar situations had occured in the past too.
