Worst sales experience and service is also very pathetic. One of the HR working there is my friend and he is also aware of there worst customer service.nAt least do some work for that you are getting payed.

I am going through a hell pain dealing with this people. Booked Tiago through them in the first week of June. They promised to deliver in 15 days. But it's been around 2 months now and no car yet. Please don't book through them. Their support is TOO BAD. No clarity in their response. They will fool you around.

Ridiculous behaviour of the salesperson.nI have booked a nexon. Due to personal reasons i have cancelled it.nThey said that they will return the amount in one week.nWhen i contacted them after one week they are saying silly issues.. it will take more time.nNo good dealer will behave as such.nWhen i met the manager they refunded it in the same day. he was a gentle man.nTATA is making great products but palakkad roads are not seeing much TATA vehicles.nmay be because of this.
