Good cars.. good people.. great experience

I had opted a swift for delivery on 21st August, and had completed the full payment 10 days before. I had even given the order for the complete additional accessories, 2 weeks before.nnI'm at the chandranagar office now, and they have presented me with a stock car with scratches and dust and no accessories fitted in it, and they had the sheer audacity to ask me to give the car to them next week to fix the accessories. They didn't even wash the car, let alone polish it.nnAnd, for the car to be delivered on 21st, they have started the insurance and temporary permit process on 19th, and expect me to suffer for their incompetency. Now, the temporary permit is not even approved and when I called the RTO office, your employees aren't even prioritising my issue.nnThe very first look at my car literally made me sad. This is the utmost disappointing service I've ever received. My new car was brought to me worse than some second hand cars I've seen in my life.

Such a pathetic customer service!nI had some issue with my Baleno remote key, it was not working every time...I thought I can go to Indus motors which is about 25km away from my home. I drove my vehicle till their service centre in Coimbatore highway in Palakkad. I used to visit the Maruti/Nexa service centers in Bangalore but while reached Indus Motors I was totally confused...first I thought I reached in a crowded market... People are roam around everywhere, no one is ready to attend our case...no customer service behaviour which I felt in Bangalore. I gave the slip which I got from the security gate, one guy collected it and asked me to sit in a crowded corridor but I didn't because of Covid protocol. After a long wait and enquiry, one guy asked me the reason for visit! I said my remote is not working properly. He took the remote and go near the car and press the button but it was working...I said boss it is working now but most of the time it is not...but he said no it is perfect, nothing they can do...if you want I can change the battery and check...but everything is fine. I said then it is fine let me go...after I reached Palakkad town I stopped the car and tried to lock through remote...you know it stopped working.nnToday I went to AM Motors Mannarkkad and explained the story...they were very professional and looked like the same behaviour of Bangalore service centers...They checked the key and replaced the battery and working fine now.nnThink about the Indus behaviour! They were least bothered about the concern...looks like a fish market. Still didn't understand how Palakkad people are dealing with such an unprofessional people.

Iam Extremely sorry to tell that, I Have brought a car from indus on last nov 2019 and now its 1sy November and i didn't receive My RC , i hope it can be because of Covid lock down period authorities have forgotten , we too forgot , recently they sent insurance due period mail but not even bothered whether i receive RC or not.. i have tried contacting there Sale team but very very poor response, while delivering vehicle this sales peoples are very active etc .. after that.. after sales services are very poor. we all know the busy days in office.. but this is ridicules.... i dont recommend indus. what ever business is hospitality nd Service is important. we all human.

I called them about the renewal of my insurance. They said they'll keep it ready for me as i had no time and had to go to my office. I went to the showroom at around 1.45 pm and when I asked them they told me to wait. I waited there for more than 45 minutes and no response from them. I called the number a couple of times in which I had already called and told them to keep it ready and no one picked up the call. One of the worst experience ever.
