Very difficult approach to service center for Pune Camp, Hadapsar, NIBM area & MG Road area.
Had a very good experience throughout the process right from booking the car until its delivery. Would like to make a special mention of Mr. Pratik Wade who was very helpful and polite during all my interactions with him. He was prompt in replying to all my queries to my satisfaction. I have booked a car on 22 Sep 2020 but not get delivered yet and as per the below comments by other users, I am not getting a daily basis update. Even I have to call back every time and the dealership doesn't have a proper update. In fact, they don't have updates at all.nI understand if with any of the reason this is being delayed. But Dealership should take responsibility to provide an update to the customer rather than waiting for the customer to call them. This is so frustrating to call again and again to the dealership. We are trusting dealership they after token money is taken not bothering to call us back to share an update.
We had a very nice experience while booking car from Bafna motors. Ms. Gauri Dhotre guided us appropriately and positively regarding car selection and made sure our test drive is done before going ahead with booking.
