I recommend every honda customer to choose honda assure insurance, the claim experience is always been hassle free especially with crystal honda staff (Sanket Jaggi and Amit Patil).nnI would really like to thanks Body shop leader - Sanket Jaggi, Body shop advisor - Amit patil and service advisor - Kundan kumar singh for their hard work in completing all required work and delivering my car before committed time.nnGiven my car (Honda Jazz VX) for insurance claim and regular checkup/3M Coating, the staff has done wonderful job even during pandemic time especially Sanket Jaggi who has asked staff to finish insurance claim work on urgent basis with full perfection covering every single damage.nnAlso it was very well co-ordinated by Kundan kumar singh for service. Kundan has always been a value addition to crystal honda.nnThey all truly understood customer values, I appreciate crystal honda for hiring such a good staff and wish they keep including such people.nnAlso, I would like to thanks all ground level worker I.e. body shop workers, service man, cleaning staff & whoever been involved.nnWith this go, I must say Honda has improved very well in terms of service and maintenance.nnKeep doing good job Guys ud83dudc4d Proud to own Honda car.ud83dude42

The service is good, they know how to look after your car. What to fix and how to fix it! Like all others, they do upsell and try to sell you spares before needed, check with someone trustworthy before you opt for it. Spares are not available immediately, my spares took over 10 days to be delivered for a 2012 City. Service is prompt if spares are available. No support of any kind(paid) for any third party accessories. It is a good spot if you know what you are getting into!

Mr Tushar did a fantastic job and given a prompt service. He given me the vehicle delivery as committed. He was continuously giving me the updates on daily basis about the vehicle status. He followed up by the insurance company to get the approval process done on time. Overall 5star to the Mr Tushar for his prompt Service. Excellent Job Tusharud83dudc4d. Best Regards

Customer service is not good as it should be for brand like HONDA.There will be hardly anyone to attend to your vehicle and might take hours to for your vehicle turn to be inspected.I had to wait for more than 1hour and later had to escalate the issue to the store incharge to get noticed.Many employees do not wear a mask which is dangerous during current COVID scenario. Not recommended
