Recently purchased HONDA CIVIC from Garve Honda. Had a pleasant experience during sales till the final delivery of the car. Any questions / concerns were actively listened and addressed. Would like to specially call out Pawan on his ability to independently run the show and his knowledge on the product. He also followed through during the sales process and ensured constant communication till we got the car out of showroom.
I am writing review again with the total experience of Garve Honda which I faced while purchasing my new car. I am really upset with the service they provided so many mismatches in the details like from Chasis/VIN NUMBER in documentation and also it took very long time to deliver the car to me that too happened after running behind them However I won’t suggest anyone to visit them. ONE MY DOCUMENT IS STILL HAVING MISMATCH IN ONE THING BUT THEY SAYS THAT IS FINE AND NOTHING WILL HAPPEN BECAUSE OF IT. I would suggest you to go for better options like DECCAN HONDA OR CRYSTAL HONDA..happened to visit them and it was really good experience.
Delivered my car within 6 days with rto registration. They were professional and polite. Essential kit was not provided due to unavailability. Although promised to be delivered within 3 days. Hopefully same professionalism will be kept.
