very bad if you want get services done go to some other showroom or get it done locally they billed me 12k labour charges. changed or not but billed me with so many parts and a total of 37k for telling few problems with....

I had booked ford ecosport two months back and was due on 22nd August 2020 , till now I haven’t got any update on delivery.I am the one who is following up and continuously chasing them to give me update..Lastly they have been avoiding my calls too...really really disgusting ...Would never want to deal with them again and will cancel my booking ...since their service is pathetic.only I complained I received a call two days before delivery that color red which I had booked is not available, I was never kept in loop for this. Do you’ll really want to purchase from these guys who don’t keep you in loop? Think about it.

Very bad experience from sales Team, no one responded, we visited and make an entry in register but no one entertain us may be staff is hurry to go home at 6 PM on 28th spt.
