Of the Honda dealership this one is a good one with excellent staff and support. The car service is done genuinely and the costs are reasonable. The wait for body workshop work is long though...maybe they should increase capacity and deliver repairs in a more timely manner. Our experience overall of the past 5 years has been a pleasant one.

If you are looking for the Honda cars, this is one of the best place to go. The manager of this place Mr. Pankaj Patil is really truthful and knows how to deal with the clients. No gimmick or some hefty quotations and negotiations. The staff is really supportive and prompt. They also take car to your place if you are interested in test drives. Unlike Deccan Honda, which gives you fair price only when they have to beat competitors quote, at Crystal honda they be realistic and truthful from the first time

Helpful staff and front desk team . Good reliable place for routine service and all kind of work including body shop work ., Technical supervisor are good in communication and adviser .

Strategically located on highway. Easily visible enroute. Good infrastructure office and unloading bay underground. Staff not groomed for technical guidance and discussion. Not sharing leaflet and technical literature on vehicles. Causes more confusion than conclusion.
