Service quality is good, however, service representatives always recommend unnecessary service items to make bill amount higher. Examples: By default they use synthetic oil, which is not needed and costlier, they always recommend change in AC filter, when just cleaning it can suffice. When changing brake pads, they recommend changing brake oil as well, which is not needed. When I asked to just adjust the windshield water fluid spray angle, they called me and ask me to replace it with a new one. When refused to change, they adjusted it, and it worked just fine. Beware of their recommendations. Question whatever they say and don't accept unless convinced.

Not at all punctual. I had taken a prior appointment for servicing our car but still they told me to leave car for 2 days.They are extremely prompt when it comes to calling you and telling about all the additional jobs that need to be done in your car so as to charge you for it. Never prompt to attend to yo
