MG car and brand is good but the sales team of this Bund Garden location are highly unprofessional.nThey don't maintain transparency with customers and are highly manipulative in their statements.nDuring delivery of car while cleaning they applied some solution which resulted in stains on my car. Having faced lots of hassle from Bund Garden sales team I raised complaint to MG customer care. Then they arranged free pick up for my car to remove this stain from their Wakad services centre.nBefore delivery they said pick up and drop facility is available but when the time came to utilize this facility their sales team say its chargeable and ask me to drop vehicle due to unavailability of drivers.nThe kind of experience I have received from this dealer is worst and makes me feel I have purchased a two wheeler instead of a car.nnI own a Hyundai I10 since 5 years now and never they have charged for pick up and drop.nAlso Hyundai has service center at multiple locations unlike MG. So I would recommend to wait for more service centers to come up in Pune or go for some other reputed brand.nnThanks!
