Not an attentive team or rather I may say not good in service.I ordered half kg chocolate truffle kitkat cake with the batman logo for my nephew on his 10th birthday. The cake was delicious, however while placing my order I had given few details to be customized. On receiving the cake I didn't see either of my requirements being met.On reaching out to the team I was given a reason that the team who prepared forgot on my requirements of customization. In order to reimburse the same, they offered me a 20% off on my next order. I have requested for 20% off on my recent order as I'm not quiet sure if I'll be reaching out to them in future. The price of the cake does not justify the quantity, quality and the service. Haven't received any response as yet.

The cake was delicious and super looking. It looked exactly like the image and tasted great. The delivery was quick and timely.

Worst in service. There was no proper response from them. No proper reply. They made spelling mistake while Writing name on the cake. Before cake gets deliver they are suppose to send the picture of cake but they dont do that even after asking several times.nWorst experiance.. I will not recomend to anyone.

Too sweet and expensive with high delivery charges. Doesn't usenAuthentic ingredients and flavours. Owner of pretty rude. Waste of money and time.
