Very rude and arrogant perosn.Dont know how to talk to customers.also the prices are more than the standard Monginis rates.
Also the cake is not fresh it was almost 4 days old and for pastries god knows how much old they are. Not happy with this shop.very much dissappointed.I wont suggest anyone to buy cake from them.
And when I asked why the cake is overpriced the person said me that because of GST and when I asked him if you are charging me GST then give me GST bill then he SHAMELESSLY said we dont give GST bill.
Such a pathetic person.
Actually I'm a big fan of Moniginis Cakes and I used to bought cakes in pune so I know the real price of most of cakes. We can even adjust if he charged ₹30-40 more as a transportation charges but he is charging directly ₹80-90 more than a standard rates and that too cakes are not fresh enough.
I dont recommend anyone to go in this shop rather I would suggest to go get it from local cake shop atleast you will get fresh cake in a reasonable price.
Dumping Garbage should be concern by owner
