Einstein Moving Company

Charles D. and Christopher L. worked hard and fast to get all my things moved to a 3rd floor apartment with six flights of 10 stairs. That takes a lot of physical strength and endurance. Five stars for being such hard workers. I only gave 3 stars because when I did my laundry for the first time, it got really hot in my apartment because I did not know that the dryer vent hose had completely detached from the dryer itself and also the wall vent hole. I know I had to sign an appliance waiver; however, the vent hose was just slipped on without securing it with a clamp on both ends. I would have appreciated if they had told me they can not properly connect the dryer because some of the equipment is missing. That way I could have called the maintenance people at my apartment complex.nThe dryer is still not properly connected, since I was trying to do it myself.nOverall they were very careful with my stuff and pleasant to be around.nOne day after I left my review, Einstein already responded by coming today to properly install my dryer, with the washing machine already in place. Now that is a challenge!!! I appreciated that so much. Mike truly takes pride in the work his company does. Five stars now for a company with integrity and skill.

These guys are the best! I was blessed with Chase & Gabriel. They had such a calm demeanor which I really needed in the middle of all the chaos of moving. They really took care not to damage my property or my walls while moving. They were so courteous. They listened to all my concerns. So pleasant. So friendly. Just awesome!

Grant and Tyler helped with our move and I cannot imagine having done the move without them. Prior to the move the company was in touch to make sure we were ready for the move and to sure up all the details. Day of, the movers were on time and they were QUICK. They wrapped all my furniture in pads and then shrink wrap and were very careful. They were equally as quick, and careful, when they got to the new house. None of my walls, floors, or items were damaged. The quote given was spot on and the whole process took around four hours. I'd definitely use Einstean again for a move and would highly recommend them.

This is my second time(10/31/2020) using Einstein Moving Company. I highly recommend their services. The front office always returns your phone call within 15 to 30 minutes when you leave a detail voicemail. Let's speak about my moving experience this time: Chase ah their isn't enough words to describe how incredible this guy is he makes you feel like he is your best friend but professionally. He is quick to get the job done the word slow isn't in his vocabulary. I hope he continues to work for the company for many years to come. Gabriel, he is a gem. He like Chase is an incredibly hard worker. I still remember him moving my heavy electronic couch. God bless them both lol my furniture is heavy. They both deserve a raise or something along the lines of a bonus. I will always use this moving company. They deserve a 10/10

Einstein made the dreaded moving process a breeze! We picked them based on the best ratings across multiple sites and their great pricing and they did not disappoint. Chris was helpful on the phone with the initial quote and set-up and then with the confirmation call a day before our move. Our movers Ian W. and Dalton were fantastic. On-time, friendly, and QUICK while also careful with our items, mindful of surroundings, and professional. They were able to complete our move under the minimum time (apartment to apartment). No travel or surprise fees. Would DEFINITELY use Einstein again and recommend to others.
