All the movers were very respectful of our furniture. It was protectively wrapped. They made sure everything was in the exact location we wanted before leaving. The crew was engaging, respectful, and enjoyed working with one another. They all took pride in their work. Highly recommend! We will definitely use them again with any moving needs.

I had a piano moved from my mother's home into my own. Even before the move happened I was impressed with the service. I called to receive a quote and the woman was incredibly nice. She also tried to receive as much information about moving the piano as possible in order to give me a clear quote. The quote I received was nearly half the price of other companies! Still not cheap but I get it - a piano is a huge job. The people that came to move the piano were on time and did a great job of getting it down 15 stairs and then up more stairs. It didn't look easy! My only reasoning for the 4 star rating were the improper use of face masks and they walked all over my rug with dirty shoes on. They had bandanas on their face but they only covered their mouths. I understand it's hot but I felt a little uncomfortable with them in my home barely wearing a proper mask. They also kept walking all over my white rug in the room when there was plenty of space for them to be simply standing on the hardwood floor. Other than that I was really impressed and would use again.

The non-profit I work for has utilized Gorilla Movers three times in the past six months and every experience has been great. The movers have been courteous, professional and careful. The last point is very important as a lot of our moving inventory included musical instruments. Scheduling moves was an easy and pleasant experience. I will definitely call them again in the future whenever we need to move.

Max P, Bobby M, Jamarius T, Joe B, Loyd G, and Jack Bnare AMAZING! Professional, skilled, and so strong. I was super impressed by their communication, teamwork, and attentiveness. They were great with our kiddos (who were a bit nervous about the move) and were extremely efficient while taking care of our items. From start to finish we were impressed.... from the folks in the office to the muscle on the ground everything was EXCELLENT! I highly recommend them!

We had a pool table moved out of a room and back in again for flooring replacement. The movers did a great and careful job. We had to reschedule the pool table move back into the room several times owing to flooring replacement issues, and GM did an excellent job accommodating our needs. Would absolutely use again without hesitation.
