Have used SFL worldwide 3 times for coast to coast moves. Always found the cheapest rates and great customer service. Would recommend for your shipping needs. You are usually paired with a moving coordinator and it is very helpful to be dealing with a single person, in case you need to make changes etc. Also, currently due to pandemic, if you run into any issues, contact their service department and they will take care of it promptly.

The package is received. The service has been extremely great. During this corona pandemic situation we still were able to ship essential medicines from India which even cleared customs. SFL is very reliable and does an amazing job of follow up. If anyone looking for shipping essential medicines from India for parents, I highly recommend SFL Worldwide. As per their USP, they are doing a good job in providing affordable shipping fees for documents from US to India. The service is reliable too as they partnered with Fedex. I recommend SFL.

It was such a hassle-free experience. Their literal door-to-door service was smooth. And even during this stressful time of Covid, they ensured that my stuff reached me well, though it took a month longer, but that’s understandable. My boxes had some minor bumps here and there. But everything was intact, because I had made sure that the goods had enough cushion in the boxes. Just make sure to do that before the shipment is picked from your place, that’s all. The correspondence and the follow-up was good. I didn’t find any experience stressful, and that’s a big thing in today’s world. So, I’m happy with their service!

Not at all responsive and so much delay. Also charging extra charges with Covid as a reason. I will never ever recommend to anyone .
