Daniel our service tech was a real pro.
These guys are great! Trouble free handling of my repair needs to keep my Nissan Titan in top shape. Always friendly and cordial when I come in to schedule work. I used to not even consider dealerships for my service work, but these guys have changed the way I think. Good job!
Austin and Clint are fantastic. I’m always happy with the service and feel confident they have my best interest. Car servicemen and salespeople have a negative reputation at times but McCarthy Nissan has made a great name for themselves! I will never go anywhere else.
I take my Nissan Juke in to McCarthy Nissan Service for oil changes and their wonderful service checkup. Clint is the marvelous service manager and Danny checks and works on my car. After my tires were rotated and oil changed and everything on my car checked out, Danny changed the battery in my remote. Then I asked about my blue tooth that started messing up the day before. He helped me reset it and told me it might take 2 days to reset. I went into the dealership to talk to a couple of salesmen, and when I came back out, it was already working correctly once again. This service department is amazing and always goes above and beyond. I would. recommend them to anyone. Thank you Danny for taking such wonderful care of my car. I always feel safe driving it.
I want to share how grateful I am to Danny Kostroske. He should be recognized for being an outstanding employee. Went above and beyond to fix my navigation in my Nissan Rogue. Then took the time to help fix my iPhone/Bluetooth that was causing problems with the navigation. Mr. Kostroske was very polite, kept me informed, answered all my questions and I will pass on this great service to my family. We have just moved here and all have Nissans.nThe staff inside was also very kind.
