We bought a used 2010 vehicle as a necessity and Chris H was very helpful! He put no pressure on us to purchase the vehicle, but when we made the decision to he made the process smooth and easy. However, we had an issue with the tire pressure sensor being on and they insisted everything was fine and would not even reset the sensor so it would be functional for us.

Bought a Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn from Cronin Toyota/Nissan in Richmond Indiana early September. It’s now October 30th and still haven’t received my truck memorandum title only to find out they sold me a truck they didn’t have the title to. I have went through all the processes to get the title and still nothing. 60 days + and no sign of memorandum title. Buyer beware. Selling vehicles they don’t have titles in hand is illegal. This dealership did it anyways and still hasn’t provided legit answers to my calls and questions.

Messed up my original paperwork so now I can’t refinance. Ruined my credit (-100 points) and refused to help me until I called their corporate office who apologized to me for their behavior. They were easy to get ahold of BEFORE buying the car (October 2019)... after buying the car they were nonexistent. Not answering or returning my calls. Said they paid off my old leinholder but didn’t. They need to work on their customer service. I tell everyone to not come here because of how badly they have financially wrecked me.
