I had a great experience at Olathe Hyundai. Frank went above and beyond to keep me posted on the EXACT vehicle I was wanting, without even meeting me. I met with him and then Jamie finished with our paperwork and answered all of our questions. Both were Amazing. They made sure we had everything we needed before leaving their lot.nThe Sales manager and Finance manager were also very friendly and helpful. No pressure by any one of them. I had my eye on a used Sonata being offered for sale and was glad to see it still available when I got there 2 days later. The salesman, Frank, worked to get me the best financing deal, and his son in finance walked me through all the signing. There’s still a lot of documents to sign, but a couple of cool things: 1) digital desktop and pen; 2) all documents go home with you on a flash drive. The only negative I have that keeps this rating from being a 5 is after I got home, I discovered it has an oil leak creating spots on my driveway. With a 140 point inspection, I would think that would be noticed and fixed before offering for sale. Also, the oil is grossly overfilled. I’m going to have to come back in to have the leak looked at.nnUPDATE: I took it in before my 1000 mile warranty expired, and diagnosis revealed a failed crush washer on oil plug. Simple fix. No charge. And from here on, I am in charge of the oil level, which I prefer. I won’t overfill it.
