My experience with KUN Hyundai is always great. Their response is super quick and resolved issues within hours of time. Their customer service is great. Each and every employee treats you well with politeness. They listen to you very patiently and understands all your issues and concerns. It is the Hyundai's best service center in Hyderabad.

1st Case: I was reached to Kun Hyundai ECIL, to remove scratches and a very minor dents on Door by claiming insurance. At the time of delivery it was fine and after a few months the paint got removed which was painted to the door and clearly visible.nn2nd Case: In the second free service of car, seems to be simply they changed oil and washed the car. Also in wheel alignment, very bad experience and reached 2 times for proper alignment.nnWith both experience, I can clearly says that they have unprofessional or inexperienced service men.  We can Appreciate on Delivery and timings.
