It's more of a car service shed than a showroom

First time in three years of Tata motors I had such a bad experience in service. No professional approach. No proper managers. No checking of vehicle after servicing.nMy hexa is not cleaned internally. Only lasts were removed and washed. They charged for internal cleaning.nService delayed by two days from date of delivery and is informed only when I reached. They don't bother to contact n update delay also.nDelivery of the vehicle took 45 min after reaching the workshop upon asking me to come.nI don't recommend anyone who loves their vehicle to reach here. I saw few more people visiting post service with same complaint while I was waiting for my vehicle.

It's the good place for your car service. I like the way of treating people.even though they are full busy with work and number of customers. They delivered on time, once again thanks for your service.
