The service is very very very bad.... It's been almost 2&1/2 month, we booked our seltos HTX diesel MT.... But the attendent haven't given us the delivery but keep saying that your model hasn't arrived yet and there's no chance for 15 days.... Guys if you want to give us car then give it fast or say that we're unable to deliver your car. No problem we'll find another one .... We too have our future plans.... Literally, I've lost my excitement about our new car....

Worst experience..! Staff do not cooperate and as soon as you book your car here , they forget about their customer. They dont even confirm delivery date... They don't even assure you anything. Guys, don't book your car here please check other showrooms or other services but not Jaika kia in Nagpur .. It's worst & ruins your whole experience of Car buying which should have been Happy n Fun. 👎
