Good Service
Very well maintained showroom and helpful staff.
The product demo was great and informative. Sales representative explained the product well and did not over market the product.
What I did not like is that they added unnecessary charges in the price list for things which are not required for new car such as rust coating and handling charges. When asked about it, they said these are optional. For someone who is on budget, these things matter. Also we booked the time slot and met on time and still the vehicle was not available for test drive.
My father is having a touch time in getting delivery of car. Showroom is non committal on delivery date. This is not how a customer should be treated. Don't know if its dealer or company's fault. Not expected from a brand like Honda. Would think twice before recommending to others.
Please don't purchase second hand car from them.They are totally fraud . The second hand vehicles are mostly accidentally insurance claimed available to them.I f u asked for service history then they will not show you.
