B&L Plumbing

Yesterday we woke up with our drain near our heat pump backed up in our basement. It was funny because my husband and I were trying to think of our local plumbers and we started saying 6-3-8-7-3-4-1! Thank goodness for that commercial. Kevin was great. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was early, and answered every question my husband had. My husband asked me to do a review because Kevin was awesome, and quick. Thank you B&L Plumbing!

The workers are amazing but this company does not value their employess. My husband worked her for a little under a year and if you see this and your looking for a job please do not look at this company for employment. We should have sued them because they were taking money out of my husbands checks and one time they took $200 out of his paycheck and I noticed so they had to write him a check. I wonder how much they stole in total from us and the other employees there who don't notice.

I have worked with B & L for two residential jobs - a water heater repair and a garbage disposal replacement. B & L was able to get both jobs scheduled and executed within a short time frame, and the technicians (Jeremy and Nick) were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

B&L Pluming did work on my house and had to come back for more work . but I really need to talk to the owner Larry about a woman that works there and answers the phone at night and weekends, be careful she like to hire out her boyfriend and take people like me to the cleaners . She got 3000.00 out of me and the worse job ever. and not even a completed job at that .I had to go to her old employer to find my carpet and she did the same there. Its so sad that people scam while working for a big company. the owner needs to know and so do the customers. so I am hoping for the owner to call me I have also left messages, nothing so far, I hope B&L don't condone this behavior. A classic plumbing situation, sudden failure of a pressure attenuation valve, a spraying jet of water....naturally on a Sunday afternoon. B&L promptly answered the phone, quickly determined who could immediately get to the house, efficiently diagnosed the problem, and courteously communicated the information....and they skillfully fixed the problem!
