I would like to thank West Georgia Plumbing and Service for coming out on such a short notice. Our main water line burst inside the house in the concrete wall which flooded our basement. Matt McCoy called me prior to arriving. Matt checked everything out and took care of the problem. We are so thankful for Matt’s prompt service and excellent customer service! He was Awesome! This company is the best. Super helpful and great employees. Explained everything that needed to be done and went over all my options. I've had a lot of bad experiences with some plumbing companies around but West georgia Plumbing and Septic went above and beyond in making this experience as easy and least expensive as possible. Truly exceptional.

My parents needed someone quick and they were there! After having someone tell them the drainfield needed replacing, I called West Ga Plumbing once they came out we were so grateful for the honesty and thoroughness. All it was, was the effluent filter clogged! My parents and their pockets were ecstatic to say the least!

Justin did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He made the whole process less stressful. I would highly recommend West Georgia Plumbing and Septic for anyone in need of the services they provide.

I've used this company three times. First time it was to find and replace a leak. They replaced a 3' section of COPPER pipe with PVC and left a 1'x3' hole in my wall then charged me $500 for it. The second time they came out they discovered a main line blockage, cleared it out and charged $550. Six days later sewage is coming back up what they claimed to have already fixed. I called them up and they proceeded to tell me it would be an additional $700 to do what they already claimed to have fixed. If you want my advise find another plumber.
