I really had a pathetic experience with AVS as when i called for the service to pick and drop. Firstly they refused to pick and drop and than when i requested 3-4 times they agreed only to pick and not to drop. This was my first service when labour charges are free. They just simply refused to give me that service as its been more than a year. Than they refused to even clean the car properly from inside as the dust is still there. They even didnt agreed to come with me for a trial after the service was over. Dry cleaning was also not done after my reminder. when i asked them to call their boss as i wanted to talk they refused that as well. I would recommend not to go their for any kinds of services.

Unprofessional from the salesman to the North Area Sales Manager!!! No customer service at all. Once you book a car, they will not pick up your call, they won’t tell you updates on your car. And their finance department sleep all through the waiting period. And suddenly wakes up at the end to tell you they need something else from you. And then they mislead to u with different answers about your car delivery and tell you different answers about the exact location of your car. I don’t know how uncapable a company like this have to be in order to fail to track their delivery trucks! Never had such customer experience from my previous car brands Honda, Mercedes and Audi. It looks like AVS Ford thinks we are here to serve them by buying their car. It won’t matter how good their car is if they can’t keep their ground team professional.
