I bought gen-5 Honda city from Prashant Honda Muzaffarpur.When I visited the showroom first time Sales executive Mrs. Soni has diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns . she gave me every details about the car .All persons are extremely professional and responsive. The car arrived on time and looks fantastic Words simply are not enough to describe our experience when purchasing Honda city gen5 . We love the quality and amenities of showroom and appreciate the superb customer service received from Prashant Honda. Later i will review about car performance and its conditions after driving the same minimum for one month .

I visited the service station for my car accessories and some issue fix. Firstly the item I requested was not available also the fix was not done completely. Ultimately it was nothing but payments. Secondly one has to wait for long time for even payments. Teams are not proactive and cooperation is missing amongst team.
