Pathetic! Simply pathetic!! They will be following you like flies when you go to purchase something. But what about customer service after purchase, and support after you bought the item. Zero, null, nada. They won't even pickup your calls. And let say if they pickup your call, they will tell you it will take 10 15 mins to fix your problem. Once you drop the call, that 10-15 mins will become 2-3 days easily.nnI know and appreciate the fact the way you people explain features and functionality during purchase. But try to understand services are equal important. You can not negate the fact.
