I wish I had the option of giving negative stars. Had a very bad experience with this company.nnI hired their service to move my things within the city in Bangalore, while I was not physically present there. Initially they quoted a price as per market standards but the real pain started when they reached my place for shifting.nnI just had a few books, clothes and other small things which could be easily packed in my bags and trolleys, to which they initially agreed. But on reaching my home they denied and told that it would require cartons, and the best part they charged Rs. 250 for one small cardboard carton. They packed my things, including my bags (which could have been used for putting my things) inside 3 cartons, and didn't even bother to seal the cartons properly.nnI had a 2-wheeler which they agreed to drive and take to the drop location. I clearly told the owner on call while finalising the deal, that the 2-wheeler might not be in working condition as it had been non-operational since long. They agreed to move it nevertheless, either by fixing it or using their own means of transport. And they did so by loading it on their tempo without giving me the slightest hint that this will require extra charges.nnI also had a 4-wheeler which couldn't be driven on the day of moving because of some issues with the car. The owner again in his sweetest best, asked me to get the car fixed and he will send someone to shift the car on a later date. Again without ever mentioning that this will require extra charges.nnI followed suit, got my car fixed and asked them to shift it. Initially for the first few times they kept rescheduling, but I stayed patient as I realised that it is an extra favour. Finally one fine day, they agreed to shift the car as they had some other work on the same route.nnThe best part came after they reached the drop point with my car. They asked me Rs. 1500 just for driving the car for hardly 15 kms (which would otherwise cost me Rs. 320 in DriveU app).nnNaturally I questioned it and then they started quoting all sorts of weird reasons for this:n1. That they used tempo to shift my 2-wheeler. So my question is if it is chargeable then why didn't you mention the same while doing it. Why are you coming back at it later.n2. That they had to come almost 30 kms to do this work. First you didn't come this far just for me. If that was the case why didn't you do it on a date when it was convenient for me.nnAt last I ended up paying Rs. 2000 extra from what was initially agreed upon. This was very unfortunate as none of these charges were communicated to me and they just extorted it out of me as I was not present and hence was at their mercy.nnMy request to anyone reading this review is never go for their services unless they are the last packers and movers and you have no other option.

They will quote one price and then they will come and do the packing and then charge another price. They said the number of boxes for me are more, although the volume was less, they charge more.nThey charged 18% more for GST which they did not say when they said the quote.nThey add another 1250 for check post which also they did not say when they gave me the quote.nThey broke the chair while disassembling while packing. Don't let them disassemble it if you don't want them to break it. Do it yourself.

I have used goodwill for Bangalore to Thrissur. They will charge price first. Then miscellaneous charges extra. Then transport charge extra finally delivery guy will not help in re loading n our home. We have to do our own. Complete chelating
