While shifting luggage they not only break the things, along with that they will steal the things as well..first , they dropped my carton box from 2nd floor to ground floor infront of me only and damaged the things, after sharing the picture of damaged things, Kuldeep (transporter)assured me to refund the amount and later kept on pushing the days..n after few days he said, I will not refund whatever ur things have been damaged I will order in flipkart and courier you.not only that these people are THEIVES as well, I had kept my spare MI phone in the carton box, they had stole my mobile as well..asking on this Kuldeep asked for 2 days time , he said he will check n he will get my mobile..n his attitude changed after calling on 3rd day , he tried his best to put blame on me n started saying who knows that ur telling the truth, you should have made the video of your things n went on saying things like ur mobile is not an gold or silver that we will steal...very pathetic service and unprofessional behaviour...never n ever opt for this transport if u want ur things to be safe and secure..

MadamnI contacted you Behalf of your company Leo packers and Movers for Shifting My home from chickballapura to Yelahanka, Bangalore and we agreed on the sum of rupees 13000/-. You sent 3 of your agents with vehicle to pack and shift all the household items on 14/6/2020. However while on transit Your agents did not handled the house hold items properly and some of the items are broken including glass tray in Oven(LG) and Television(VU brand 50 inch TV) display is damaged. After shifting I asked your agents to connect the Television But they Refused to do it. After that you asked me to pay the agreed upon amount of 13000/- through PhonePe app. I obliged and paid you through my SBI bank account number ending with the number 7023. After that I contacted skilled DTH operator and got the TV connected. When He switched on the TV he noticed that the TV display panel is damaged and informed me. I immediately contacted you and told that your agents have broken the TV panel. You told me that you will talk to company head and inform and get the TV repaired or Replaced and you asked me to send the photo ofnThe damaged TV. I sent the pictures and asked you to Do it As soon as possible. You agreed to get back to me with in a day. Since then I am calling you and sending Whattsapp messages to ask about the status of the complaint. But you are asking for time everytime I called you or messaged you. 4 months passed still I did not get any positive news from you or from your company. I am deeply saddened by the carelessness and indifference shown by you and your company.

The marketing exceptive gave wrong information and took the booking on weight basis. After taking the luggage which weighed about 95 kgs, they quoted 200kgs in the bill and charged double the price. Marketing executive became unresponsive after the booking and manager was reluctant to .add him to the conference call to question about the false promises. I was asked to either transfer the full amount to get the goods or 5000 to return them to picked up location. As I was left with not much of choice I transferred the money. They took twice the promised time to delver and some of the luggage (table) is damaged.nnI don't recommend at any cost. Don't fall in the trap of false promises. Once they pickup the luggage, they show the true colors and starts blackmailing and behaves unprofessionally.

I called in regarding a simple query and soke to their so called owner Abhay shah. He has a bad attitude and too much of stinking pride. He was unprofessional and doesn't know how to speak to his customers. Its pathetic and appalling and disgraceful. When their owner itself doesn't know how to speak to his customers I can imagine how his employees will be. Disgraceful.
