Poor service....We told them not to pack the unnecessary things (This is because they charge a lot of money for each box).....They still packed it all and when we called the manager of the company,he said it was the Bengalis who packed it all and can't take responsibility of their actions. What kind of employer does not take the responsibility in the actions of an employee. I have already made the mistake of using their service and it's the least I can do by alerting you all to not do the same. Take care guys.
Extremely bad service, irresponsible once they receive the money, when I first contact the manager who told me like it will take maximum of 3 days to get the luggage..and for me it took arround one month to receive my luggage and asked more money once they pack my things. All my things came as damaged and they stole many of my things. The person who handles the business is making money with cheeting people. Never ever go with their services.
Extremely bad service, i waited for 1.5 months for getting my parcel delivered and its a total waste, i had to arrange other packers to get my things.They donot pickup ur calls once you tranfer the money to them, These people are frauds and greedy about money..Never opt for their service.

Extremely bad service, they mixed up all of our things, packed all the unnecessary things we specifically asked not to put , our package came very late (after one month)though he kept telling itll come in 2 days.
