Totally unprofessional people working with this company. Still after complaining they people are don't call me.ni have received my mattress with torn condition and also share the photo to the concern officer/manage who deal with me but after complaining they will not came back to me till now.
We booked and appointment, Also informed about the sofa can't be taken out through stairs. You hav e ot use rope from 4th floor. Still they added 2500 extra for labour charges only to bring sofa down from 4th Floor. Hence we cancelled the appointment.
I have used glob moving services to move my household from Gurgaon to jaipur where they have promised their handyman services for remove and fitting of electrical and electronics equipment,but they don't have any expert worker and they find some local third party handyman who has damaged my inverter. I am chasing them since two month but no response and customer value. Very pathetic service and worst team
After giving quote to my friend who wanted to move luggage from Bangalore. The due amount was paid as asked. After 3 days, they start to blackmail the customer. The ask for more charges without reason and threaten not to deliver after picking the luggage. My friend already moved out of Bangalore and they stopped to pick or respond to the call.nnHope someone will look into the issue and resolve...
Did not use their services as the move was cancelled. However they were very professional in their response, their quote was mid range. Recommended
