We availed their service while moving from bangalore to chennai, during the pandemic restrictions. They were prompt in reviewing our things and giving an estimate, packed all the goods adequately and delivered before estimated time with no damage - which i really appreciate.nnBut there was a lack of transparency regarding final cost - which exceeded initial round up figures- and was very unpleasantly surprising. Also, there were only 2 workers at the delivery site - so arranging things from their end as promised ,couldn't be done satisfactorily.nnLet me add to my review.nA few weeks after we were finally able to unpack and arrange things, we've realised quite a few things of ours are missing, including a suitcase with new baby clothes, a non smartphone, a trolley bag. This is disappointing . :/
There is no commitment..we have to constantly follow-up on the consignment sent...they don't update us on the status of consignment...overall think twice before you book
