Very worst app. They are assign duty for very well known driver's. Not sending alerts and commission also high..porter and lala move is very best for truck owners.
Pathetic experience. Driver and helper started doing things very slowly when they came to know that the drop location was only 1Km away to ge their waiting charges.Also, One of my smaller cartons is missing. City Link had the audacity to ask to give 100/- extra on top of the amount showed on the app.
Great Experience. I booked a Tata 407 for 15 KM. The driver was half an hour late but they only started the time once the driver arrived. Their basic package came with 3 hours of free time. I think that is more than sufficient to load/transport/unload your goods.nnPros:nAllow booking in advancenReasonable ratesnGood vehicle conditionsnNo overcharging in name of extra KM/Hours.nnCons:nCustomer care is reachable, but gets confused if asked detailed questions.nVehicle confirmation happens very close to schedule time. (1-2 hours before). So there is always an uncertainty related to that. Would be great if we get confirmations in advance.
Had a horrible experience while taking their services from potary house to btm. Not efficient and charged hell hell extra money and couldn't even finished the job and timings were pathetic.
