To tell my story - For the past many years, I had been driving my father's old Maruti 800, which is still in top notch condition thanks to the great servicing done by Kalyani Motors Maruti Service Centre located at Nayandahalli (Mysore Road junction). Mr. Suresh Bhat - the head of servicing there, is a highly knowledgeable and a very amiable person who has been instrumental in making sure that the old Maruti 800 still runs as smoothly as we first bought it. So, when I decided to buy a new car, though I was looking at other brands, Maruti was also on my mind because I knew I could rely on the excellent servicing provided under Mr. Suresh Bhat. So, I decided to visit the Nexa showroom at Rajarajeshwarinagar to see if there was something on offer that I liked.nnI would really like to thank Ram Shetty for the wonderful experience I had! When I first visited, he walked us through all the models on offer, and helped us test drive. He clearly explained the differences and similarities of different models, which helped us in zero down on our choice with much clarity.nnHis attitude and helpfulness was exemplary! He went out of his way to make sure that I got the car delivered on the date of my choice (an auspicious date) on a very short notice. Where I would have expected atleast a hint of irritation in answering my innumerable phone calls and queries, on the contrary I experienced only promptness, empathy and enthusiasm from Ram - which was pleasantly surprising - and alleviated many of my apprehensions which are natural for a first time buyer like me.nnMy overall experience in the Rajarajeshwarinagar Nexa Showroom was also great! Along with the good arrangements made for COVID-19 prevention, all the staff - right from the security guard, receptionist, housekeeping staff to the executives I came in contact with were pleasant, warm and helpful. On the day of delivery too, the staff along with Ram stayed back late so that I could get my car delivered on the day of my choice! This obsession with customer happiness is very rare to find nowadays!
