Worst experience.. Never again. Had done my vehicle service, within a week I did come up with complaints. After visiting the service center, l was enlightened to know that none of them are neither professional nor experienced. Better to be away from this center if you really care about your vehicle. They replaced the components with defective ones. Before service my vehicle was much better.

Hello all, on 7th Nov, 2020 i booked Honda Dio. Initially reception was good, sale rep spoke well. However each rep had different opinion about the vehicle. Heard different pros and cons from each person within same showroom, including manager.nI paid token advance on first day and 2nd day downpayment. The catch here is additional fee of 1.5% they charge if you pay via credit card. As per RBI guidelines no merchant should be charging additional fee for swiping credit card. Please be aware do not agree to pay. I have already given feedback to store manager. If merchant do not agree, pls write to RBI and strict action will be taken against merchant.nService is also not so good. From past two days there just saying bank person will call and send link for payment, but till now no response. Not sure if my vehicle will be delivered on agreed date.
