I would rate their sales experience as good with 4 star. as usual no benefits given by default is where one star not given!nDent repair work is very good and would rate the work as 4 star because they don't do any minor scratch touch up while doing major part painting in spite of requesting.nService wise, would rate as 3 star because it gets done in hardly few hours and In my opinion cleaning itself takes 30-45min and God knows what other work happens in next 1-2 hrs excluding lunch time! felt there are certain activities for which they charge but reality no work happens or not required every time. One need to do a thorough check while giving it for service to understand what is really required as service else simply the cost goes up (like computerized electrical check, unless you have rat issue it might not be required every time) . Wheel alignment work seems not good and they simply add lead to increase bill (charged almost 2.5K). the overall cost is almost double of external alignment! overall concept of repair seems nil and only replace parts which can be avoided for minor issues.nthe most irritating is several follow up calls for service booking in spite of booking it in advance!

Well maintained facility for Honda cars.. obviously Showroom looks good at every place, but Service section... Ooo it is pretty clean and well maintained...

I gave my car for servicing with a request that I required the same urgently.nI did not get it back on the same day as promised and was informed I’ll get it 10:30 am the next day.nThereafter I call them the next day at 11:30 only to be informed it would take additional one hour.nThis is AFTER informing them I required it urgently.nNext they send me a link for the payment and the link doesn’t open so I tell them I’ll inspect the car and make the payment on arrival of the car.nThis request is denied as it is not according to “procedure”.nThereafter the link also fails and I transfer through my bank account after taking their details. It’s now been two hours since I’ve transferred the money and they do not revert to me. I call up again and ask them to dispatch the car but they say that the amount has not been reflected in their account and they can do nothing till it’s reflected.nI mean this is absurd that it’s taking so long when in an instant the balance is always reflected.nThere has been zero help from the manager and the assistant. I will NEVER be sending my vehicle here again and I suggest you don’t either. I thought the original service centre would be better but I get more professional services from a chai wala down the street.

Very courteous staff and the sales Specialist Raju HK explained the features very well and did not rush. Allowed me enough time to explore the vehicle before I could ask my questions. Recommend this place to everyone
