When a person invest on a 9 to 16 laks vechile, he/she would expect atleast a true commitment from a dealer who know the reality and customer expectation.nnI have personally experienced the two faces of KIA Motor India, dealership. One at EC,Bangalore who does not meet any OF it's commitment towards delivery of a Seltos 1.4 GTX+ MT petrol for 8 months. Then got a reference of Mr. Vishal @PPS Kia, Mysore Road, who completely changed the prospective of OEM Dealership, with his straight forward commitments on giving you a expected delivery date and more ever meeting the commited date. One who blames the delivery taking 8 months because of OEM and lockdown while PPS KIA taking ownership on its own and meeting my delivery within commited date.nnThe prospective buyers of this beautiful power beast, do keep in mind that you are going to create a new relationship both with the vechile and its support mechanism (Dealership, Sales & Service executives and lastly the OEM ) so choose the right dealer who will atleast stand with their commitments.nnI would recommend 100% to take advantage of PPS Kia if you wants a KIA product. I had an excellent onboarding experiance with PPS KIA.nnThanks team PPS Kia and Mr. Vishal in particular.
Worst Sales Service, When I have visited the showroom. No other person is there to ask queries. And after few minutes a person came and he asked about which car we are looking for. We have informed our Specifications. Asked for Test drive for Petrol but sales person informed that there is no Petrol Vehicle for Test drive. He was pushing us to go for disel test drive.nnLater they said they will call back. Til now we have not got Any calls from any personnnWorst sales Service.
