Service is less cumulative and service parts are less every thing they have to order bit late.. But good service..

Renault Tumkuru is exactly not working in the best interest of their customer. Absolutely there is no work ethics and interest in staff especially sales manager Manohar and sales executive Rajath. They peoples are doesn't know how to treat/deal with customers, totally they are providing very very worst/ 3rd class services, so that please don't go/select Renault Tumkuru.

Visited on Nov 1st at 2.30pm . Security mentioned the place was open and there is one sales guy named Ravi working. Nobody was there in the show room. We were sent out by the security guard and asked to wait for the sales executive outside. Which wasn't pleasant. After 30 mins a guy came , presumably the sales executive , an ignorant and arrogant guy . Who did not even have the courtesy talk to us. He came park the car , picked up his bag and left the place . Renault Tumkur is absolutely not working in the best interest of their customer. Absolutely no work ethics and interest . Do not know how to treat their customers. I'm sorry to say . You lost a customer today . If u keep this attitude , Ur not goin to excel in this business.nSaw 5 starts given to the place , i believe all the 5 stars given are by the people who work their.
