Very happy McAdams Plumbing! I called and they managed to squeeze me in on the same day even though they were booked out for the week. Tim took the time to show me the issue and was very efficient with getting it resolved. I really appreciated the attention to detail and care he took with wearing a mask, shoe covers, laying down tarp, cleaning up after himself etc. Will absolutely use this company again. As a relatively new homeowner, it was nice to have such honest service and to know that you are not being taken for a ride.

We’ve used McAdams Plumbing for a few years and won’t call anyone else. Tim is professional, friendly, honest and punctual. He does great work, we’ve never had the same issue twice. The prices he quotes are fair and reasonable. Highly recommend!

Tim and Danielle were great to work with. After the initial estimate they follow up with additional information and came in with a fair price. Tim was professional and did a great job installing our gas line. Highly recommend!

We had some problem earlier. But the company solved it nicely.nnSince the company added a few comments on my comments. Here I am adding my interpretation (09/25/2020):nnYes, it is true someone came and quoted the price for the work. I agreed with the price which was $400 since it was based on we expected the plumber would lower the exit gas pipeline on the wall. One week later the plumber came and fixed the issue in a different way. His solution solved my issue, I agree with it. However, it did not cost him much labor. It took him about 10 min to finish the work. Also he did not replace any material on the wall. I appreciated his work but it was overpriced! He still charged me $400! I think $40 is a reasonable price instead of $400. That is why I was not happy.nnIt was true the plumber checked the garbage disposal after the work. I also appreciated it. But it did not mean $400 was fair.

From start to finish my hot water heater installation was perfect. Tim was punctual, hardworking and honest. I truly feel like I have found a pluming company that I trust and value enough to recommend to friends and family. They met all of my expectations and then some I didn’t expect. They even put booties on the dolly wheels to protect my hardwoods. It was a top-notch experience.
