Once again, St Cloud Toyota gave me great service. I easily made my appointment online, went to my scheduled maintenance appointment. They greeted me with a smile at the garage door. Explained what was going to happen, kept me informed throughout and explained everything that had been done after my vehicle was finished. Make sure you know what you want, always be ahead of the game. It's what you want to spend ,not what they suggest what U should spend. Always consider new, there's no such thing as a good used car!...... Don't forget, be assertive cause all dealerships are only in it for there own commission. If you don't purchase a vehicle, the next guy will. Ask what their main interest is when it comes to selling you a car, get to know them and listen if they look for words to say, catch them off guard so to speak. Your there for your best interest,, Not there's.

I did most everything online and Jordan called me within minutes and was very friendly. After getting the approval about 45 minutes later Jordan called again and asked when I could be there. I told him about 45 minutes. He said he’d have the Highlander all washed and ready. We walked in the door, signed our loan agreement papers and were out the door. Gabe sat us in our new Highlander Platinum and explained all the bells and whistles very thoroughly. Everybody we worked with was very courteous and professional. As far as the Highlander Platinum edition we purchased....... holy smokes.... this thing is sweet!!!!! Everybody should have one. We haven’t found anything yet that we don’t love. In fact every day we figure out or notice something we didn’t know and are giddy all over again. We would highly recommend St. Cloud Toyota, all their staff, and the Toyota brand I think speaks for itself.

The customer service has always been great. I bought my car earlier this year and Alex was super helpful with the whole process. Then coming in for an oil change and tire rotation was easy, made an appointment online. Full inspection with car wash. Appointment took a little longer than expected, but they were busy and still very polite and helpful. I appreciate their service.
