Didn't had a nice experience dealing with them. It didn't felt like i was dealing with a Honda car dealer. Processes are too informal for eg: won't provide payment receipt as well.
I had to cancel my car booking due to personal reason and had to wait around 14 days to get amount revert after follow-ups. They as well deducted the debit card swap charges. However, during Booking they will tell you full amount refund. Overall, not a experience I would have expected from Honda dealer.
They are good in Sales but not good in after Sales and Service. Service center they have, is not equipped with appropriate equipments as compared to other service center. Few staff people are not even co-operative.
Best place to buy a car, behaviour or the sales person was great. Offers are also great
Good service and staff. Response time for walk-in guests can be improved
Pathetic service. Worst customer experience ever.
