It has been a little over a month since we bought our 2021 Hyundai Tucson Sport. Words can't explain how great of a team helped make our first time buying a car so amazing! Our sales rep Paul was so helpful by making sure we got the car we loved and in our budget. The sales manager Matt was outstanding, he communicated with us so fast and worked with us to make sure we got the best experience. To top it off, Ken in the finance team broke down everything in great detail. Can't wait to buy my next car from this team, I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a team who will communicate and be straight forward with them during their care buying process!!!
Love this place their customer service is great! My husband and I went to Red Combs on 410 looking for information on vehicles since he bought his truck there a while back, they made it so easy for him while other dealerships were making it difficult for him due to his credit. I went because I was interested in looking for a future vehicle as I want to trade my suv. Lilian was so informative and helped me with anything I wanted to know about the vehicles. Will definitely be coming back for our future vehicles and recommending to friends and family!
Amazing customer service. My salesman Rene was amazing. He truly did everything he could to get me in a vehicle the same day. Not once did I feel the pressure to purchase a vehicle. I've bought many cars from various dealerships in San Antonio and I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had when buying a car. I have had my Hyundai Tucson 2021 for a little less then a month now and I am completely in love with it. Rene was fantastic and walked me thru every step of the process and made sure that I was taken care of. I told Rene my criteria before I even stepped foot in the building and he was completely transparent with me and went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable and understood what he was doing for me.
