Very happy with the staffing in the service department. They handled the extra issues as they found them with great efficiency and low cost as possible. Our truck is back to running like when it was new. The ladies in the financial office were wonderful too. Thank you all so much!

Went for service. Had weird experience. A lady working service desk was odd. New, or slow learner. The service manager( I assume) had a different outlook on life than I did. Seemed like maybe I shouldn't be there, or they were covered up, or just really didn't care if any appointments showed up. Seemed ok when came and got me when they figured out issue, but I am not sure if I want to return after this issue is resolved. Not happy with Clinton Ford, Mace Ford, and really would like to locate a great! Ford dealer.nReally sad, when business is driven by unhappy persons, or un caring individuals. This has become the norm for most Customer Service businesses.nEnjoyed the drive, but not really sure about this Dealer.

Our car was in the shop after an accident and the body shop team was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had what we needed to get our car repaired safely and quickly.
