Worked with Austin the sales rep. Wasn’t pushy or high pressure at all. I traveled about two hours to visit the lot. Busy but friendly.nnAustin allowed me ample time to look over the vehicle without being disturbed. SUV was as advertised. The sales manager didn’t seem to have much wiggle room on the price (it had been discounted once online), but did offer decent financing terms. And overall it was a good deal on the vehicle.nnDiscovered the SUV had one small issue with the fuel system (a common failure on Ford models) on the way home. Coast to Coast is currently working with me on how to have this small repair done.nnOverall I am very satisfied with the experience and Austin my sales rep.

This is the BEST car dealership. I highly recommend. Ask for Jay Bechera. He was so KIND, EFFICIENT, and so easy to work with. He made our car buying process seamless! I generally hate dealing with car salesmen, but Jay is an exception. His communication skills are excellent! He got us in the best car with the BEST APR%. Will definitely go back to Coast-to-Coast.

I had the best experience at Coast to Coast Imports and Bill Bass was completely responsible for this! He treated me like family as soon as I came in and was just as excited as I was to get into a new vehicle. I had my eye on this Jeep Compass and he made it happen for me no problem. I highly recommend visiting this dealership not only if you’re shopping for a new car, but because Bill and the rest of the staff offer you the royal treatment when you shop with them.

Austin was quick to respond back to my email inquiry. He was very professional in his knowledge of the vehicle and showed great customer service in recognizing that I live 3.5hrs away so he; along with the sales and finance manger were great to work with over the phone to complete the purchase. Once arriving on site everyone at the dealership were very friendly and quick to get me out the door. Great customer service. Coast to Coast will be my first consideration on my next purchase, even 3.5hrs away.
