I was a little overwhelmed having to buy a car in a short time, but Francis at Houston Direct Auto made the entire process completely seamless. From decision to delivery, it took less than 30 minutes and she was extremely patient as I test drove 4 vehicles. My family was looking to replace our sedan with an SUV and found Houston Direct Auto. Erwin worked with us and though he was very busy, we never felt ignored. We got an amazing deal on an SUV; the vehicle was impeccable before we even test drove it, but they still detailed it. The actual buying process was very easy. The only con (which isn't really much of a con) is that the Jeanetta location has three different lots on the same road, so we ended up visiting all three before we found the one we were looking for. Other than that, it was a painless experience and I would recommend Erwin and Houston Direct Auto.
