I chose to go to DriveTime after my vehicle had been totalled and I needed a replacement ASAP. I have to give a BIG shout out to Sales Lady Faith! She was the most remarkable Sales person I have dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. Faith patience was amazing. I was not certain as to what I wanted but she was there every step of the way guiding me. It’s amazing how things and people align within the universe. I was sent to DriveTime and to Faith for a reason.The end results were I found the perfect vehicle and I would totally recommend friends and family to Faith! Thank You Faith Smith....you rock!
Did the pre-approval application and said I was approved for a vehicle only to find out down payment would be 4,000 dollars. So car sales person tells me to pick an older vehicle so I did and re-did the application. Again I was approved only to have them say your a few dollars away looked at the few dollars away to find out few dollars away was 2,000 dollars. How is that a few dollars away? Lol drive time will not get my business and I will not recommend them. If you have a 780 credit score they are your best friend, but if score is less than 700 they will jack up the price of the vehicle and charge you 500 dollar monthly payment on a 8 year old vehicle.
I never did business with this place but wanted to say thanks to all the people who left comments because reading the negative reviews was enough to make me pass on this place. Didn't want to leave negative or positive so I stayed neutral. I would like to say that in the replies to the negative comments, the business kept their replies professional but seemed to not offer the customers any help or resolve to the problems mentioned.
Went to check out cars and they didn't seem very serious at all. Didn't have the cars they advertised and came up with a minimum monthly payment without discussing any car. Left and bought a car across the street.
