Absolutely the worst car buying experience ever. If you don't finance with them expect zero help, actually they will go out of your way to make things worse.
The staff always does a great job .
Had to go back to dealership because tire said on instruments was low. Steering wheel was set to something else he had to put it back to MPH . Later after that my GPS was like not giving accurate directions. It was better after I was home later that day.nnDon't feel that personal touch like I did when Brittany was there
Friendly yet professional. Wasn't a drawn out ordeal, taking hours like it does at other dealerships. We've done business several years ago having leased and bought auto's there. Will never go anywhere else again.
The womens are GREAT... but the guy on checking in tell him what you need done .. writes down on a tablet... looks like a note pad.. I told him they going to ran on a machine.....and I wanted oil change... check antifreeze all liquids ... he never wrote down.when they told me about dash.. I ask about oil change... lady name Misty took care of it...from now on I'll use Misty.....she listen to you... if I gave you a high point... It was for Misty... she was so busy....
