This place was great, I had a credit score close to 800. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they check out all the vehicles again before they are purchased off the lot. They walk through all the paperwork and make you feel appreciated. Ask for Chris Dennison because this guy did an amazing job by keeping in contact then following later on about the truck. I was told one interest rate which was great then the manager came back later on before I came back to pick up my Grand Cherokee and gave me a way better interest rate. Then we talked about the gap insurance that would cover the electrical too. I will be dealing with them moving forward and would recommend them.

Wonderful buying experience! I have referred many friends and family here. You can’t beat the pricing, honestly. I will buy from this dealer when I get ready for an upgrade for sure!

We took our new luxury suv for a trade in at this business. Let it be noted that this vehicle was purchased earlier this year and ran without problems. We got to the dealership, hours away from our home, paper work was being prepared and one of the workers test drove it in hill descend mode and blew our supercharger. He claimed that we drove it in sounding like that and they could all hear it, despite anyone even being outside to hear anything when we arrived. We were told that the manufacturer had left notes on the computer of our car that we had previous issues however, once asked for those codes, they stated that they never said that and we needed to leave. We simply asked for this codes because we knew that there wasn’t any at all. After the worker went inside to get them for us, about 10 minutes passed and we were simply greeted with a “we don’t want to business with you, leave.” We were told that we “drove it in as a shitbox and to leave in it”. The salesman we talked to was great, I want that to be noted. His managers or who ever the older men were that drove the car and seemed to call all of the shots raised their voice and disrespected us in a way I’ve never experienced before. We were simply asking them to show us what they seen and once they realized they didn’t have anything to show we were told to leave and wished us luck on making it back home. Currently we’re stuck with a car that doesn’t even start now despite us driving it hours to the dealership and months prior without a problem. When I asked them what we were supposed to do, we received a shrug and then were asked if we were questioning the man’s integrity when we just simply wanted answers to what we were supposed to do now. One of the older gentlemen simply yelled and waved bye to us while we were still asking him questions and the other older gentleman talked to us like we were complete idiots. The experience from the beginning was terrific. They had great prices and were professional until they were questioned about it messing up after their test drive. I want it to also be noted that this experience was one of the worst of my life. I’ve never been more disrespected and belittled. The management and the ownership of this company is questionable. The people running the business have little to no respect and take no responsibility or even empathy to what they have done and had no intention on talking to us at all except their response to resort to childish behaviors of anger and telling us to leave multiple times when we questioned them as to why they drove it like that or what had happened during their test drive of the vehicle. We were simply told that they didn’t want our business and to leave immediately.nI would never recommend this “business” to anyone and I would recommend anyone who plans on trading in a car here, to ride with the person driving it, take videos and pictures before taking it in and to take every precaution you can before considering your decision to do business here.nI look forward to a response from this company for this review, hopefully we will receive more answers than we did when we were there in person.nIf I could leave 0 or negative stars I would. And to the salesman we spoke to, find a job at a better dealership, you’re too good for the position you’re in.

Had a wonderful experience here! They helped me with everything I needed, and found the right vehicle for me. Will definitely buy from here again.

I bought a car from them in September. The car itself is a great car and I love it. But it’s missing the center caps for the aftermarket wheels which they said if I found them they would pay for. I even have it in writing in the sales agreement. Found them sent them the information and still haven’t heard back from them. They don’t know how to answer phones there or emails apparently. I’m also driving around with an expired temporary tag but I’m not gonna hold that against them I understand that the new tags will take time because of Covid. But they aren’t good at following through with promises or communicating. Bottom line if you get a vehicle from them make sure everything is fixed before you leave the car lot.
