Rachel Smith was my sales person and she was amazing! This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I will definitely be back. There was zero pressure yet Rachel was helpful and informative. I was talking to multiple dealerships but Lou Fusz had the best price and Rachel’s respectful and informative approach won our business. I live approximately 7 minutes from a Jeep dealership but they are rude and pushy so I drove an hour to make this purchase because in a few short emails from Rachel I could already tell I was in the right place for buying my next Jeep.
This was my first time purchasing a car and I could not have asked for a better experience! I worked with the salesman Keith Hamilton and he was so kind, not pushy at all and answered all of my questions. He explained the differences between the models of cars to make sure I would get the car that was best suited for me. I ended up with a 2021 Jeep Cherokee and absolutely love it! Keith worked with me to get me to a number I felt comfortable with and didn't push any extra bells and whistles that I didn't need. He made my first car buying experience a great one! I highly recommend Keith and Lou Fusz to anyone looking for a car and will 100% be doing business with him in the future!
Bought a new Ram over the weekend. Adam was the salesman I dealt with. Best buying experience I have ever had. Friendly, professional, and courteous. Great experience! Greg was friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. Work was done correctly, and my Jeep was returned with the driver's seat where I like it. I'm pretty sure they don't have any techs as short as I am, so this was a very nice touch. And they even washed my Jeep! I will definitely be back.
