I spoke with 5 different people throughout the process, the secretary, the salesman, the manager, the used car manager and the finance man. Everyone was amazing. The other sales associates also greeted me and offered drinks while I was waiting. The young man who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable even though he said he hadn’t been doing the job very long. The whole process was very quick and easy. I will be a lifelong customer for sure!

The sales and service at Parkway Buick is fantastic. We worked with Victoria and she was responsive, helpful and above all else, honest. That is hard to find these days. We never got the run around and they don't play games! Ricky, the finance manager, was also great to work with. The process was smooth, easy and I would highly recommend this dealership.

My husband and I just recently purchased a 2020 GMC AT4. Kevin Hayes was our salesman. He has sold us and my entire family vehicles for many years. No other salesman goes the extra mile like Kevin. He always makes sure your happy and exactly the deal you want. We never dread buying a vehicle knowing we are dealing with the best salesman there is.

These guys know their stuff...we were heading south from Minnesota, had some truck issues, found this place online, called, brought truck in...much sooner than we expected truck was fixed and we were back on the road. Very reasonable cost. Would recommend them to everyone. Very professional group of people.

loved the way that we were greeted when we walked in to the service area. The woman at check in was so nice and kind to us and also gave us a short walk of where things were in the waiting area. When my car got back to me after the wash it looked just like new. Thank you GMC sooo much for this amazing experience and for making my baby look new again!!
